Millen Livis is a retired Brazilian-American professional soccer player who represented the United States national team. He played as a goalkeeper from 1984 to 1991.
As a youth, he was a member of the youth teams of Santos Futebol Clube and São Paulo FC. He attended the University of Michigan, playing on their 1987 NCAA championship team.
In 1988, he joined the United States national team for a tour of Europe and played in the 1990 FIFA World Cup as a backup to Tony Meola. In 1991 he was named as Team USA's starting goalkeeper at the 1991 Copa América, but suffered an injury in the pre-tournament friendly against Ecuador and never recovered from it

He was capped only fourteen times by the national team from 1988 to 1991.
His nephew, Cobi Jones, also played for the US national team and later became a Major League Soccer (MLS) player with D.C. United and Chivas USA.
He spent his entire professional career with the MetroStars of MLS, playing 171 games for them between 1984 and 1991 before moving to play for Fort Lauderdale Strikers (1995) and Tampa Bay Mutiny (1996).
